HOW VIP DESIGN DAY WORKS

Step 1

Click the Get Started button and fill out the contact form. I will reach out within 24 hours to schedule a discovery call to talk about your design needs, whether a half or full day would work best, and then schedule your day.

Step 2

I will send you a questionnaire to gather all the details of your design wish list along with any copy, graphics, images, or necessary information. This needs to be completed 7 days before our design day.

Step 3

We will then have a quick chat over a zoom call so we are both clear on what you'd like to achieve in the day and what your priorities are for me to complete. (3-4 days prior to Design Day)

Step 4

Your Design Day arrives, and I’ll get to work designing! During your reserved hours, you’ll have opportunities to view proofs and send feedback.The very next morning you get all of your final files via a google drive link

What a Design Day Looks Like…

PREP - Determine needs & priorities, collect necessary graphics and content. (Done prior to design day)

9AM - I dive into the first round of design tasks based on your priorities

11:30AM - 1st Check-In: I send the design proofs & you provide feedback.

1PM - 2nd Check-In: Revised designs & more progress sent for final feedback.

3PM - Final Check-In: Designs sent for final approval.

4PM - Your design work is done!

VIP DESIGN DAY FAQs

My full design days are $750. Half days are $350. Payment is due in full at the time of booking.
A full Design Day gives you 6 hours of design time. We can check off 1-2 large items or a bunch of small, quick items that have been lingering on your to-do list.
Before your Design Day, I would need all necessary content, logos, copy, images and/or brand guidelines as well as your order of importance for the projects you would like completed. We will go over everything together and agree on what can be complete in one day.
Yes, we'll have scheduled check-in times throughout the day where I'll show you progress and ask for feedback, but most of this will be over Slack or Whatsapp with a check-in over Zoom half way through the intensive.
We will work together to set realistic expectations for what can be accomplished o. your Design Day and will make sure we’ve prepped as much as possible so your Design Day is spent designing and not looking for files or figuring out what to do at the last minute. Depending on how long your list is, it’s totally possible we get everything done in one day. If we don’t, there is always the option to add on another half or full day.
I typically only offer 3-4 spots per month and these can book out in advance. Contact me today to reserve your day!
Yes! If you know you need design work done on a regular basis, you have the option to bundle Design Days. These are perfect for quarterly or annual retainers. Here are bundle options:
Book 3 Design Days: $600 per day
I will send you an invoice after we schedule your Design Day. Payment is due upon receipt to hold your day.
